Russia attack: 16 killed in Belgorod strikes this week
At least 16 people have been killed over the course of the week in Russia’s Belgorod region that borders Ukraine. The Ukrainian attacks intensified during presidential elections held last weekend. Authorities have announced mass evacuations from the region.
