US cannot be ‘credible mediator’ while arming Israel: Analysis

Talks have been held in Cairo to try to reach a ceasefire deal in Gaza.
Hamas has demanded Israel be bound by the terms of the proposal put forth by Joe Biden on July 2nd.

Rami Khouri is a Distinguished Fellow at the American University of Beirut. He says Israel has been adding new conditions, to delay the ceasefire.
