Bad weather to blame for Raisi crash: Iranian committee concludes thick fog caused accident
Iranian investigators have presented their finding into what led to the helicopter crash that killed President Ebrahim Raisi in May.
An armed forces committee probing the accident concluded thick fog and heavy rain caused Raisi’s helicopter to hit a mountain.
It said there was no evidence of an attack, sabotage or mechanical failure.
