Typhoon Bebinca hits Shanghai, strongest storm since 1949
Tens of millions of people in Shanghai and across China’s east coast are sheltering from the strongest typhoon to hit the region since 1949.
Bebinca made landfall there, forcing hundreds of thousands to temporarily leave their homes.
