Sudanese army regains ground in Khartoum, takes key bridges in offensive against RSF forces
The Sudanese army says it is continuing to regain ground from the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Khartoum.
It launched a major offensive almost a week ago which saw the army taking control of several key bridges and parts of the city of Bahri.
Most residents fled when the conflict began in April last year but a few have remained.
