Israel Iran LIVE: Iran’s Supreme Leader First Sermon in 5 Years, To Honour Hezbollah Chief’s Death
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, will preside over Friday prayers for the first time in over five years. This comes days after Tehran fired missiles at Israel in retaliation for the death of Hezbollah chairman Hassan Nasrallah.
According to his official website, Khamenei will be conducting prayers at the Imam Khomeini Grand Mosalla mosque in central Tehran. At 10.30 a.m. local time on Friday, there will be a commemorative service honoring Nasrallah.
