Israel says it killed senior Hezbollah commander in Beirut

Hezbollah has carried out a series of overnight strikes on Israeli targets.
The group says it targeted the Glilot military base near Tel Aviv. It houses the Mossad headquarters – Israel’s intelligence agency.
Hezbollah also launched a number of missiles early on Monday.
The Israeli army says about 190 rockets were fired at the port city of Haifa, penetrating the Iron Dome defence system.

And in the southern suburb of Beirut, Israeli forces have carried out more air strikes on what they say was Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters.
They say one of the group’s commanders Suhail Hussein Husseini was killed in the attack.
Israeli officials issued a warning on social media ahead of the strike, calling for the evacuation of two buildings in Dahiyeh.

Israeli authorities are ordering more forced displacements
in southern Lebanon, urging residents to leave all beaches and areas near the Awali River.
The evacuation zone extends south from the river’s source to the Israeli border.
This directive effectively isolates approximately 25% of Lebanon’s coastline, impacting more than one million people in the region.
