Vote counting in Mozambique: Opposition says election is fraudulent
Vote counting is underway in Mozambique – in elections that rights groups and the opposition says are rigged. The ruling FRELIMO party denies it, and is seeking to extend its 49-year rule. While the electoral commission says it’s run a free and fair vote.
