Israel says investigating whether Hamas’s Sinwar killed in Gaza attack
Israel says it is investigating whether the leader of Hamas Yahya Sinwar has been killed.
The Israeli military says at this stage, the identity cannot be confirmed.
Sinwar is accused by Israel of masterminding the October 7th attacks.
He has led Hamas within Gaza since 2017.
