John Kelly says Trump fits definition of fascist
John Kelly, the retired Marine general who was Donald Trump’s White House chief of staff, told the New York Times the former president fits “into the general definition of fascist.”
In a separate interview with the Atlantic, Kelly also said Trump wished his military personnel showed him the same deference Adolf Hitler’s Nazi generals Trump’s campaign denied the exchange. Trump’s campaign denied the conversation about Hitler happened. “This is absolutely false. President Trump never said this,” campaign adviser Alex Pfeiffer said.
