Pakistan housing project: Sindh government building 2.1 million homes
Pakistan’s government is building 2-million houses for more than 12 million people, displaced by flooding two years ago.
Just over a third have been completed so far.
But millions of people are still waiting for their homes, whilst living under open skies and battling the elements.
