After/Life: Walt Cunningham




Cunningham was a member of the first manned Apollo mission in 1968, paving the way to put humans on the moon. The Apollo 7 team spent 11 days orbiting Earth, performing a complete test of the of the Apollo spacecraft. Cunningham was the lunar module pilot on the mission. He died on January 3rd in Houston. He was 90 years old.
