Baltimore bridge collapse: Biden visits scene & meets victims’ families
The US President has pledged to have the port of Baltimore reopened by the end of next month.
Joe Biden has been to see the scale of the task ahead, to rebuild the bridge which collapsed last week when it was rammed by a container ship.
