Biden slams ICC prosecutor’s request for Netanyahu arrest warrant, calls such moves ‘outrageous’
ICC’s prosecutor, Karim Khan, is seeking arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Minister of Defence, Yoav Gallant. The warrants are asked to be issued over Israel’s alleged war crimes committed during the war in Gaza. Khan is also pursuing the arrests of three leading Hamas figures namely, Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri and Ismail Haniyeh.
