Cardinal Fridolin Ambongo says what should have been a great celebration of democratic values has quickly turned into frustration for many Congolese.
Five days after elections in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, official results are yet to be announced.
The presidential vote has been marred by logistical problems and concerns over its credibility.
