Fire breaks out at Kenya girls’ school days after inferno killed 21
More students have been injured in a fire in central Kenya, this time at a girls’ boarding school in town of Isiolo.
The blaze broke out on Saturday night – the second such incident at a school in the past two days.
Kenya’s Red Cross says several dormitories were damaged and at least three students were injured.
It follows another fire in a dormitory that killed at least 21 students early on Friday.
139 children have been accounted for, but 17 are still missing.
Al Jazeera’s Catherine Soi reports from Endarasha in central Kenya.
