Retired U.S. naval officer Joseph Dituri spent 93 days in a pressurised pod at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, as part of a study, and emerged having significantly reversed his ageing process. Scientists say that spending nearly 3 months in a pressurised environment under the sea, effectively turned back his body clock by a decade.
