Gujarat building collapse: Death toll rises to seven; FIR registered against owners, one person held
The death toll from the six-storey building that collapsed in India’s Surat has risen to seven as of Sunday (Jul 7) morning, according to police reports. Teams of national and state Disaster Response Force carried out rescue operations for over 15 hours to pull out bodies trapped in the debris.
