Hunger crisis in Chad: Aid agencies warn of worsening shortages
Food shortages are worsening in Chad.
The United Nations says 8 million people will go hungry this year – that’s almost half the population.
The crisis follows a poor harvest, soaring fuel prices, and an influx of refugees from neighbouring Sudan.
