Hurricane relief funding sparks political tensions in Western North Carolina ahead of US election

Donald Trump has been accused of politicising Hurricane Helene which hit the southeastern US. last month.
That’s following his claims that areas favouring him are being neglected by disaster relief teams.
More than 90 people were killed in the storm.
North Carolina was one of the hardest-hit states.
