Imran Khan state secrets case: Former Prime Minister sentenced to 10 years in jail
A court in Pakistan has sentenced former prime minister Imran Khan to 10 years in jail.
Imran Khan has been found guilty of revealing official secrets.
The former prime minister was ousted in a no-confidence vote in 2022.
He is currently serving a three-year prison sentence in a corruption case.
Khan’s sentencing comes ahead of parliamentary elections next month.
