~1 and 3/4 cup of whipping cream (390ml).
chocolate glazing:
1 tbsp of gelatin powder.
3 tbsp of cold water.
~1/2 cup of sugar(115g).
~1/2 cup of cocoa powder (50g).
~1/4 cup of water (85ml).
~1/4 cup of whipping cream (85ml).
