Israel car-ramming & stabbing attack: One elderly woman killed, 17 others injured in Raanana
On Monday afternoon in Ra’anana, Israel, an Israeli elderly woman succumbed to injuries in a suspected stabbing and car-ramming attack, with 18 more injured. Described as ‘unusual’ by Israeli police, the assailant used a stolen vehicle, stabbing a woman, and subsequently ramming pedestrians. The attacker, reportedly from Hebron, along with a relative, is in police custody. Since October 7, Israel has barred Palestinian labourers from the West Bank, but authorities have not disclosed how the suspects entered Ra’anana.
