Israel intensifies bombardment of Lebanon: No ceasefire with Hezbollah, Netanyahu says
The Israeli military carried out what is calls a “precise air strike” in Beirut’s southern suburbs, killing at least two people.
The Israeli military says it targeted the head of Hezbollah’s drone unit.
In the past four days, Israeli bombardment has killed at least 650 people across Lebanon and has forced hundreds of thousands of people to flee.
As world leaders and the UN chief call for a ceasefire, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says his army will continue to fight.
