Israeli strikes devastate Gaza as dozens of Palestinians killed, injured
On the eve of US-backed ceasefire talks in Qatar, Israeli forces have unleashed a new wave of attacks across Gaza, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians. The death toll, since October 7, edges closer to 40,000, as the violence shows no sign of abating. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani have urged all sides to avoid actions that could undermine the upcoming talks in Doha on Thursday. However, the ongoing strikes leave Palestinians grappling with more loss and displacement.
