LIVE: Typhoon Yagi Triggers Deadly Landslides and Floods in Northern Vietnam | WION
Typhoon Yagi, this year’s most powerful typhoon in Asia, is mostly to blame for landslides and floods in northern Vietnam, where it has left at least 59 dead and 22 missing.
Before waning into a tropical depression, the typhoon made landfall on Saturday, delivering gusts of up to 203 km/h to the provinces of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
