Mali UN peacekeeping mission ends: Researchers say an ISIL affiliate is expanding

After a decade-long presence, the UN peacekeeping mission in Mali has ended its operation. While the militaries of Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso say they are recapturing lost territories, Sahel re-searchers say an ISIL affiliate is in fact expanding.
