Pakistan power blackouts: Government says power theft rife
Temperatures have risen 50 degrees in neighbouring Pakistan.
Businesses and households in Pakistan are suffering frequent blackouts that can last for hours.
The government says that power outages are happening in areas with high levels of power theft and an ageing transmission system.
