Philippines drug war: Govt urged to tackle drug-related killings
Human rights lawyers in the Philippines say the government has been unwilling to investigate drug-related killings – under the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
It comes as Congress is urging the government to work with the International Criminal Court.
