Pollution scientists: More decisive action is needed in India
Every winter, major Indian cities especially the capital New Delhi are affected by polluted air.
Scientists say corrective measures are too little, too late. And warn that decisive action is needed throughout the year, not just in the winter months. More than two million people die each year from toxic air in the country, according to the medical journal Lancet.
