Presidential nominee under pressure: Harris urges Gaza truce & pledges support for Israel
Kamala Harris has pledged an unwavering commitment to Israel’s defence but called for a ceasefire in Gaza. The Vice President has taken part in her first extended interview as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.
It was the first chance for voters to hear from an unscripted Harris, 66 days away from the US election.
