Shanghai cooperation organisation meeting: Pakistan pm calls for closer economic ties in region
Members of an international group founded to counter Western alliances have pledged to boost cooperation, as their annual summit wrapped up in Pakistan. Pakistan’s Prime Minister chaired the gathering of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, appealing directly to China to invest more in his country’s ailing economy.
