French voters are headed back to the polls this weekend in runoff parliamentary elections, one week after a strong showing from the far-right National Rally party. Hundreds of candidates in President Emmanuel Macron’s camp and the left-wing alliance have since dropped out of the race in hopes of blocking the far-right from power.
