Ukraine funding, Orban’s opposition set to dominate crucial EU summit
European Union leaders are holding a summit, in a renewed attempt to approve a 50-billion Euro aid package for Ukraine.
Agreement on the four-year programme of funding has been held up by objections from Hungary, amid warnings from Kyiv, that parts of its government will start running short of money.
