Women’s march 2024: Thousands rally in US capital, supporting Harris and abortion rights
Thousands of women have rallied in Washington DC, in support of Kamala Harris and her calls for access to reproductive health care.
The annual march was first held in 2017, a day after Donald Trump’s inauguration.
It was in reaction to some of his policies and public statements, seen by many as misogynistic.
